Natalie Evans
Natalie is a wellness practitioner for alternative healing, slower aging and stress management. She has been in the industry for over 15 years and is licensed in both massage and esthetics in the State of New York. Having initially started in medical massage for the full body, she then became more and more aware of the profound effects that resulted from focused work on the upper body, neck, face, jaw and cranium. By balancing these areas, it is possible to achieve a release for the entire body, with benefits extending far beyond the local work. For a broader, holistic and cross-sectional approach, she then subsequently incorporated slower aging, breath work, energetic and sound healing therapies into her practice, resulting in a truly unique and therapeutic experience. Natalie is committed to working with you to achieve the optimal balance of physical, psychological and spiritual health, through a combination of customized treatments specifically tailored to your needs.

Ilene Antelman
As a holistic practitioner of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Polarity Therapy, enhanced by Somatic Experiencing, Ilene offers supportive bodywork to heal body, mind & spirit. Her work focuses on enabling the physical & emotional effects that took shape in the body– echoes of our experiences– to move through. In bringing awareness to what the body holds that no longer serves and releasing that residue, returns us to our wholeness in the present moment.
Ilene finds the impact that working through the body, rather than solely with the mind, accesses emotional depths & physical effects that land with an undeniable certainty and epitomize the truth of "the body's intelligence.”
Craniosacral work is a profound modality that uses light touch to orient to the deeper forces within our human system. It supports the regulation of the nervous system through the release of tension helpful to ease and resolve the imprint of shock and trauma to bring forth our innate resilience.
